In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout the document, including in any supplementary rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published by fw999.

By registering an account or otherwise using the fw999 platform, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are and will remain true for as long as your account remains active:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are at least 21 years of age. fw999 strictly enforces a 21+ policy across all gaming verticals, including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and sabung ayam (cockfighting) sections. Age verification may be requested at any time.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee of fw999 or any of its affiliated game studios or payment processors.
• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, the fw999 Privacy Policy, and all applicable game-specific rules and promotional terms in full.
• You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or regulated in your jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of fw999 complies with all applicable local laws.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) fw999 account at any given time. Opening, operating, or accessing multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, from the same device, or from the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. fw999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. fw999 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — and for all activity that occurs under your account. fw999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify fw999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. fw999 will not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

fw999 is committed to operating a safe and compliant gaming environment. As part of this commitment, fw999 may at any point request the following KYC documentation:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., KTP, SIM, or passport);
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account showing name and account number);
• A selfie photograph alongside the submitted identification document, if requested.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed, and bonus winnings will not be released, until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. KYC documents are handled in accordance with fw999's Privacy Policy.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fw999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR): bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and digital e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment methods must be registered in the Player's own name. Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals processed through accounts belonging to another individual or entity — are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier; current limits are displayed within the Player's account cashier at the time of transaction. fw999 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits are credited to the Player's account balance immediately upon confirmation of receipt by fw999's payment processing system. Withdrawal requests are typically processed by fw999's automated disbursement system within five (5) minutes of submission, operating continuously including on Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, Christmas, and Indonesian Independence Day. Processing times may be extended in cases where KYC verification is outstanding or where a transaction is flagged for security review. fw999 charges no transaction fees to Players on either deposits or withdrawals.

4.4 Deposit Source & Anti-Money Laundering

All funds deposited to a fw999 account must originate from a legitimate source owned by and registered in the Player's own name. fw999 maintains an anti-money laundering (AML) compliance framework and reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited to any account. Any account found to be involved in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, bonus abuse, or any other financial misconduct will be immediately suspended, and all balances and winnings held therein will be confiscated pending investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

fw999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms of a given offer, all bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion; bonus funds and any associated winnings not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward the completion of wagering requirements. As a general guide — and subject to individual promotion terms — live casino games and togel draws typically contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, while slot games generally contribute at the full rate. The exact contribution rates applicable to a specific bonus are published in the bonus terms at the time the offer is presented.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

fw999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines, at its sole reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; placing low-risk, high-stake bets across correlated outcomes to artificially satisfy wagering requirements; using automated tools or bots to complete wagering requirements; or otherwise exploiting a promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended spirit. fw999 may permanently close the accounts of Players found to have engaged in systematic bonus abuse.

5.5 Promotional Changes

fw999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in and commenced meeting the wagering requirements, fw999 will honor the original bonus terms as they applied at the time of opt-in, unless the promotion was offered in error or was withdrawn due to Player misconduct.

6.1 Game Integrity

fw999 operates its casino games using software supplied by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. The random number generators (RNGs) and game logic underpinning these titles are independently certified by the respective studios. fw999 publishes return-to-player (RTP) rates for all games as supplied by the originating studio and does not apply house-side RTP adjustments.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fw999 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place wagers;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to generate winnings that would not have been generated under normal gameplay conditions;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion;
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to operate multiple accounts;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or coordinated wagering in the sportsbook;
• Charging back a completed and fulfilled payment transaction.

Winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be voided and confiscated. Accounts involved in such conduct will be suspended or permanently closed at fw999's discretion.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

fw999 is not responsible for interruptions to gameplay caused by failures in the Player's internet connection, device, or local power supply. In the event of a disconnection mid-game, fw999's system will record the game state at the time of disconnection. Upon reconnection, the game will resume from the recorded state or, where the game has auto-completed, the result as determined by the game engine will stand. Players experiencing persistent connectivity issues are encouraged to contact support.

fw999 is committed to promoting a safe, enjoyable, and sustainable gaming environment. The platform provides a range of tools to assist Players in managing their gaming activity responsibly. These tools are available directly from within account settings and do not require a support ticket to activate:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase to a previously set limit is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before it takes effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automated reminders that appear after a set duration of continuous play, prompting a review of session activity.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may activate a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off period, the account cannot be used for wagering, and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently stop gambling on the fw999 platform may request a permanent self-exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed. All pending bonuses will be forfeited upon self-exclusion.

All Intellectual Property associated with the fw999 platform — including but not limited to the fw999 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, software architecture, content layout, promotional materials, and all game assets made available through the platform — is the exclusive property of fw999 or its licensed content providers. No part of the fw999 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, scraped, mirrored, or used in any derivative work without the prior written consent of fw999.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the fw999 platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. This license does not extend to any commercial use of platform content, reverse engineering of platform software, or creation of any tool designed to automate interactions with the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fw999 shall not be liable to any Player for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Player's use of or inability to use the fw999 platform, regardless of whether fw999 was advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Any interruption or unavailability of the platform caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service failures, force majeure events (including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, or civil unrest), or cyberattacks;
• Any error, omission, or inaccuracy in game results or settlement figures arising from a demonstrable technical malfunction, where such error is identified and corrected by fw999 within a reasonable timeframe;
• The conduct of third-party game studios whose titles are made available through the fw999 platform, beyond fw999's obligation to source titles from reputable, certified providers.

In all cases where fw999's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, fw999's total aggregate liability to a Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the Player's total net deposits to fw999 in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 Closure by the Player

A Player may close their fw999 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding real-money balance (net of any voided bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no pending investigations being active on the account.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by fw999

fw999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if fw999 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information;
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.2;
• Account activity that fw999's AML compliance framework identifies as suspicious;
• Receipt of a chargeback, reversal, or dispute filed against a fw999 transaction;
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or payment processor;
• A determination by fw999, at its reasonable discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to the welfare of the Player.

Where an account is closed by fw999 for reasons other than Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player. Where closure results from confirmed Player misconduct, fw999 reserves the right to retain the account balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation and any applicable legal proceedings.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which fw999 operates its international gaming license. To the extent that Indonesian law applies to any element of the Player relationship, fw999 will comply with such obligations.

fw999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, fw999 will notify Players via the email address associated with their account at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the fw999 platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms should close their account before the effective date of the changes.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by fw999 of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
